Friday and Saturday - The Ball, Blisters, and a Bee

Hi!!
So, many things have happened this week!

I started sixth form on Wednesday and it's fab so far! Hard work but muuuuchhh better than Year 11!!!! :D Love the courses too ... only slight doubt is Spanish ... eek!

But anyway, on Friday, after school we (me, Lizzy and Grace) went round Grace's house and got ready for the ball which would be at 8pm that evening.

Last year, there was a competition in our year to try and organise a ball for the beginning of L6 and one group, who had the idea of putting on an Oscars Night ball, won it. So all this summer they've been rushing around like mad getting stuff ready and so forth.

It was great! I don't have any pics from it coz I forgot to bring my camera but if you go to Grace's or Lizzy's blog, they'll probably have some pics from it up soon!

I don't dance. I really really don't. So, for the first hour, we were just all standing around, occasionally moving to another spot, where we stood some more.

But then we started to dance, and by the end we really got into it! Even me!!!! WHICH IS SO WEIRD.

Only problem now is that I've got the blisters from Hell from dancing around in tight, little shoes.

Ouchhhh.

But still! FUN CITY. And it ended way too early >.<

After the ball, we went home with Grace again and had a good old-fashioned sleepover. We started to play Trivial Pursuit but I was practically dying of sleep so we went to our beds. :D

This morning we made a BEAUTIFUL music video to Honey To The Bee by Billie Piper. Unfortunately you won't be able to see it because we look like loons.

That's it really! Fun weekend. Bit of homework tomorrow but apart from that, tres good.

I'm watching the X Factor now so I'll go. :)

Byyeeee

Im xxx

hey queenlover, pointing out an earlier entry of yours... oh thank god I am not alone in believing that High School Musical is utter bullsh**

pardon my chinese(heheh)

I LOATHE that Vanessa Hudgens. Her voice sticks like honey, all gooey sweetness but sometimes ventures too far into Nasal Land, which makes it all the more irritating. I better stop before I get carried away.

Your ball sounded like fun.A bunch of my schoolmates are organising a prom in December but I'm reluctant to go. Their musical taste falls in the range of High School Musical ballads and I might just end up puking the night away as they imitate Zac and Vanessa's gooey-eyed stares at each other.

My, I sound bitter. Haha. Excuse me for ranting at your page; I shall go now and destroy my little sister's collection of HSM merchandise *wide and e-vel grin*
